Who we are

What we collect
- Application: your name, phone, email, business name and address, practice size, and what you need help with.
- Checkout: your ticket and membership details. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We don't store your card number.
- Calls and texts: your phone number and the messages you send us.
- Basic visit info: things like your browser and the link that brought you here. Our form and hosting providers may use cookies to make the site work and stop spam.
How we use it
- To check you're a fit, run the challenge and your membership, and reply to you.
- To send reminders about your sessions.
- To send tips and offers, if you said yes.
- To keep the site working and safe.
Text messages
We only send marketing texts after you opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or your text opt-in with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run our business, like our hosting, form, payment, email and texting providers, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share it if the law requires it.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Click unsubscribe in any email to stop emails.
- Email inbox@therapyadmins.com to see, fix, or delete what we have about you.
Kids
This site is for practice owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
