Will I be a good fit?
If your practice is 3 people or fewer, including you, yes. It's built for small massage practices. Larger clinics need a different setup than we cover in three days.
Can my front office staff do this for me?
No. The challenge is for owners only. You make the calls about your practice, so you need to be the one building it.
How much does it cost?
There are two tickets. Attendee is $1 and gets you into all three live sessions. Pro is $48 and adds 2 hours 1-on-1 with Josh, a 3-hour CEU certificate, 7-day replays, all 5 Practice Playbooks and the Pro Guarantee. Only 5 Pro seats per cohort.
Do I have to buy software?
No. We set up a free trial account for you before Day 1, so you're ready to build when we start.
Do I need to be good with tech?
You need basic computer skills: email, logging in to a website, and copy and paste. We build each piece with you live.
When are the sessions?
We run challenges two weeks each month. Each challenge is three live 1-hour sessions. Dates and times are announced one month in advance.
What if I miss a day?
Pro tickets include replays for 7 days. Attendee tickets are live only. To earn the CEU certificate, Pro ticket holders need to attend all three sessions live.
Can I get a refund?
Attendee tickets are non-refundable. Pro tickets come with the Pro Guarantee: attend all three sessions live with your camera on, finish each build, and do every homework assignment in the group. If you still feel you got nothing out of it, we'll refund $47. You keep your certificate and every bonus.
What happens after the 3 days?
About a week after the last session, you move into our Community membership for $2.99 a month. That's where the replays, guides and templates live. Cancel any time.
Do I have to be in Oregon?
No. The challenge is online and open to massage therapists anywhere in the US.
Will this replace my booking software?
No. It works alongside the booking and SOAP notes software you already use.
